Missions
The project manager in construction supervision works on energy efficiency and the performance of installations and buildings. Their main responsibilities are:
- The design or renovation of HVAC or renewable energy systems (Project management, needs analysis, and full client support from A to Z),
- Managing project management assignments in all phases for traditional production facilities (boiler rooms) and/or renewable and recovered energy systems (solar, biomass, etc.),
- Feasibility study / Preliminary design,
- APD (Detailed/Final Preliminary Design),
- PRO/DCE (project document or Tender Documentation),
- Call for tenders + offer analysis,
- VISA (validation of calculation notes and technical choices),
- WEM (Works Execution Management).
Profil
Ideally trained as an engineer or with at least a bachelor’s degree (bac +3), you have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a structure specialized in HVAC and/or renewable energy/multi-technical studies, works, or operations.
You demonstrate a strong ability to take charge of a project with rigor, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients are essential.
Ideally, you are proficient in the technical IT tools related to this position, mainly Office suite software (Word-Excel) and CAD software (Autocad).
