Mission context
As part of the development of activities in the nuclear sector (EPR-type projects, new reactors, export), we are looking for 6 Project Engineers to join a team dedicated to the management and oversight of execution orders within framework contracts.
Reporting to the project management department, you will be involved in both the bidding phase and the project execution phase.
Missions
In the bidding phase:
- Participate in defining the list of deliverables, workload estimation, and schedule development, in coordination with Project Management and technical leads.
- Participate in clarification meetings with the client,
- Lead internal meetings with stakeholders,
- Contribute to the writing of technical and commercial proposals.
In the project phase:
- Ensure overall management of the order, from initiation to closure,
- Organize and lead kickoff, steering, and progress meetings,
- Coordinate technical studies and lead project stakeholders.
- Produce and update project deliverables (PMP, schedule, deliverables list, AIP management, etc.).
- Monitor project interfaces and technical configuration,
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets, and provide alerts in case of deviations,
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with indicators,
- Lead project risk analysis in collaboration with stakeholders,
- Monitor suppliers when necessary,
- Coordinate interactions between Design and Project teams,
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements,
- Manage open issues, design changes, and associated action plans,
- Capture and consolidate feedback,
- Ensure reporting to project management.
Profil
- Project engineering experience: minimum 3 years, ideally 5 years,
- General experience in industrial or nuclear environment: minimum 3 years, ideally 5 years,
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Sens des responsabilités, rigueur, autonomie,
- Knowledge of project management and planning tools.
