Mission context
As a project manager within an EPC engineering firm specializing in green fuels, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, both internally (coordination of engineering, compliance, production, commissioning, finance departments…) and externally (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
You will play a central role in client relations, contract management, and monitoring deadlines, costs, quality, and compliance.
Missions
- Project management: Oversee projects, coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure their successful completion,
- Client relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintain relationships, ensure their satisfaction,
- Contracts: Manage client contracts, monitor compliance, handle contractual changes or disputes,
- Planning & quality: Ensure deadlines are met and expected quality standards are upheld,
- Financial monitoring: Manage project costs and cash flow, achieve financial objectives,
- Conformité : S’assurer que les projets respectent les exigences réglementaires et contractuelles,
- Suppliers: Supervise key suppliers, manage critical procurement and supply processes,
- Commissioning: Organize, lead, and oversee the industrial commissioning of units,
Profil
Training:
- Engineering degree (Bac +5) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering or EPC project management (energy, process, industry, chemicals…),
- Proven experience in coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects,
- Experience in commissioning is a plus.
LanguesLanguages:
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken (client interactions, documentation, meetings).
